Alabaster Bridal Alterations Wedding Gown Preservation Giveaway

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Sponsor
The Alabaster Bridal Alterations Wedding Gown Preservation Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is sponsored by Alabaster Bridal Alterations, located in Marietta, Georgia (“Sponsor”).

2. Eligibility
The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the State of Georgia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Employees of Alabaster Bridal Alterations and members of their immediate households are not eligible to enter.

You do not need to be a current or former Alabaster Bridal Alterations client to enter.

3. Giveaway Period
The Giveaway begins on [START DATE] at [TIME] Eastern Time and ends on [END DATE] at [TIME] Eastern Time (“Giveaway Period”).

Entries received before or after the Giveaway Period will not be eligible.

4. How to Enter
During the Giveaway Period, visit the official Alabaster Bridal Alterations Giveaway page and complete and submit the Giveaway entry form.

Limit one (1) entry per person during the Giveaway Period.

No purchase, payment, alterations appointment, referral, Google review, social-media follow, like, comment, tag, share, or other transaction is required to enter or win.

5. Prize
One (1) winner will receive a Wedding Gown Preservation Kit with a retail value of $300.

The prize is not redeemable for cash and is non-transferable. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

6. Winner Selection and Odds
One (1) potential winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

7. Winner Notification
The potential winner will be contacted using the email address and/or telephone number provided on the Giveaway entry form.

The potential winner must respond within 72 hours of the initial notification.

If the potential winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within 72 hours, is found to be ineligible, or fails to comply with these Official Rules, the potential winner may be disqualified and an alternate potential winner may be selected at random from the remaining eligible entries.

No purchase or payment will be required to claim the prize. Legitimate sweepstakes prizes cannot be conditioned on paying a fee to receive them.

8. Prize Redemption
The winner will receive instructions directly from Alabaster Bridal Alterations regarding redemption of the Wedding Gown Preservation Kit.

Any applicable federal, state, or local taxes associated with acceptance of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.

9. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, unauthorized intervention, or other circumstances beyond Sponsor's reasonable control affect the administration, security, fairness, or integrity of the Giveaway.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is incomplete, fraudulent, submitted through automated means, or otherwise violates these Official Rules.

10. Release and Limitation of Liability
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Alabaster Bridal Alterations and its owners, employees, representatives, and agents from claims arising from participation in the Giveaway or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the prize, except where prohibited by applicable law.

11. Privacy
Information submitted through the Giveaway entry form will be used to administer the Giveaway, including contacting the potential winner.

Entering the Giveaway does not require an entrant to consent to receive promotional emails or text messages from Alabaster Bridal Alterations. Any optional marketing consent presented on the entry form is separate from entry into the Giveaway.

12. Winner List
The winner's name will be made available after the Giveaway has concluded. A winner list may be requested by contacting Alabaster Bridal Alterations at hello@alabasterbridal.com.

Georgia guidance specifically states that a list of winners must be made available for promotions involving prizes.

13. Social Media and Third-Party Disclaimer
This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, Google, The Knot, or any other social-media, search, review, or third-party platform.

By participating, entrants acknowledge that these third parties are not responsible for the administration of the Giveaway.

14. Governing Law
The Giveaway is subject to applicable federal law and the laws of the State of Georgia.

15. Agreement to Official Rules
By entering the Giveaway, entrants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Official Rules and Sponsor's decisions regarding administration of the Giveaway.
